Juicing with Parsley

3 sticks celery

3 tomatoes (Roma)

1 small bunch fresh parsley

1 handful watercress

1/2 lemon

This juicing recipe will do wonders for your skin and can be used to detox as well. Nutrients include beta-carotene, biotin, folic acid, Vitamin B3, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and sulphur.
