Avocados and Tacos

Create a play on the traditional taco. Mix any combination of ground meat (turkey, seitan, tofu, chicken, lean beef), low fat cheese, diced organic tomatoes, whole wheat tortilla, seasoning (omit the salt), and – if you’re an especially big fan of avocados – some guacamole, and add a spoonful of the mixture to an avocado.

Eating tacos this way will call to mind the traditional method, but the innovative vessel makes the experience even more fun.
