#3  Wild Blueberry Smoothie

At just 210 calories, this is a filling and nutritious weight loss snack. Blend together 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries, half a frozen banana, 1/3 cup low-fat milk, and 4 ounces low-fat plain Greek yogurt.

#4  Tomato and Cucumber Salad

The high water content of both of these will keep you satisfied. Try equal parts of each. Need some added flavor add in a little balsamic vinegar.
