You will find that this list is primarily rooted in … nuts. Should you buy organic in this area? My answer will always be yes … if your budget can afford it.   1. Almonds (unsalted)
  2. Cashews (unsalted)
  3. Chia seeds
  4. Hazelnuts
  5. Macadamia nuts
  6. Pecans
  7. Pistachios (unsalted)
  8. Pine nuts
  9. Pumpkin seeds (unsalted)
  10. Sesame seeds
  11. Sunflower seeds (unsalted)
  12. Hemp seeds
  13. Brazil nuts (unsalted)
  14. Nut butters (almond butter for example)
  15. Seed butters (pumpkin seed butter for example)

Give some of these a try. Put the peanuts away (including your secret stash of peanut butter unless it is all natural with no salt and no sugar added). Trust me your body will thank you.
