Juicing For Beautiful Skin (Recipes included)

Everyone wants great skin don’t they? No matter the age. Since I was a teenager (plagued with mild acne at times), I wanted to know how do we get and keep good skin. Through the years, I tried many things but none of them were as good as advertised. Then when I started a different chemotherapy drug in 2015, I developed acne again. This time it was on my scalp as well as on my face.

Enter juicing …

I am not speaking of store-bought juice. But, rather the juice you make naturally from good ingredients. Buy organic produce if possible. Whole Foods Market is a good source with reasonable prices. Check out this flyer.Try some of these juice recipes for healthier, glowing skin. You can use your juicer or the blender method (described in my blog The Basics of Juicing).
